When beginning outsourcing, it's best to start small to test the waters and build trust with your virtual assistant. You might begin by outsourcing a small task like creating a PDF guide, filtering your email inbox, or solving a tech issue you have.

This typically takes 4-6 hours per piece of content, including research, writing, and editing and it provides consistent, high-quality content that engages the audience and enhances your online presence.

COURSE
MANAGEMENT

I will handle the setup, organization, and maintenance of online courses by using platforms like Teachable or Kajabi.

This typically takes 5-10 hours per course module, depending on the complexity and it streamlines the process of course delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for students and reducing your workload.

SOCIAL
MEDIA

I will create and manage social media posts and accounts with tools like Pinterest and Instagram.

This typically takes 1-2 hours daily for creation and engagement and increases brand visibility, engagement, and leads without you having to manage these time-consuming tasks

TECH
SUPPORT

I will provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting software issues and managing updates for the programs/softwares you’re using.

This typically takes 3-4 hours weekly, depending on the complexity of issues and it keeps your tech running smoothly.

WEB & GRAPHIC
DESIGN

I will create and maintain websites, landing pages and design graphics and opt-ins for various needs by using tools like Squarespace and Canva.

The time spent depends whether it’s a pdf checklist or a sales page design so please reach out for a quote and time scope.

AFFILIATE
MANAGEMENT

I will manage affiliate programs, including setting up the program, recruiting affiliates, tracking sales, and handling payouts.

This typically takes 10+ hours weekly, depending on the size of the program and it increases sales and brand reach through effective affiliate partnerships.

OUTSOURCING IS NOT A MAGIC BULLET. IT WON'T MAKE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OR 10K NEW FOLLOWERS OVERNIGHT, BUT WHAT IT DOES OFFER IS THE GIFT OF TIME.

  • Book your free discovery call to get to know me and ask me any questions you might have. If you think we are a good fit, you can start with booking a minimum of 5 hours.

    When working with a VA I find it most helpful if you communicate your concerns upfront, so we can make sure we’re aware & do our best to give you peace of mind.

  • After the free discovery call we will share a quote which needs to be paid 50% upfront to secure a spot.

    The remaining 50% is due once the collaboration is completed. If you wish to terminate the contract you can do so at any time. Please note that you’ll need to cover the expenses of completed tasks based on their hourly rate.

  • If you want to work with me long term at 15 hours a week I provide a 15% discount. Long term means I will be working with you closely for at least 3 months.

    If you want to work with me long term at 10 hours a week I provide a 10% discount. Long term means I will be working with you closely for at least 3 months.

  • Being organized allows a business to function with team members being scattered in different places and time zones.

    I work with businesses internationally and as long as you don’t have a time-sensitive task that requires me to be present at exactly 9 PM EST each Tuesday, I’ve got you covered!

    I am based in Slovenia, Europe (CET timezone).

  • When we start our collaboration we will have a call where you’ll walk me through the tasks that need to be done, share orientation materials if you have them, and share priority tasks & deadlines through a project management tool like Asana.

    And then I get to work using platforms that your business owns (you’ll need to share access to those platforms by Dashline, for example).

    If I have any questions I’ll get them to you using Loom platform so you can watch and answer when it best suits you – all communication will be task specific within the project management tool so you’ll have a complete overview.

    Once the task is finished we’ll mark it complete and move on to the next one.

    I speak Slovene and English.

  • I do our best to complete all projects in a timely manner. Please feel free to give me deadlines when you assign me tasks. In general, I have tasks done within 2-3 business days, and frequently I am able to finish things faster than that. If you have a project that is urgent, I do charge a higher fee, but I can most likely get it done for you.

  • We will work together through a platform like Asana, where all the projects and deadlines are set up. We all have access to that and can comment, ask questions and share files for each specific task.

    I will keep notes on what I am doing, what still needs to be done and what has been done within each specific task so you’ll have a complete overview.

    Once the task is done I will mark it as complete and you’ll also be notified. If necessary, I will also record a Loom of before and after so you are confident that the task is completed as asked for.

  • I use a platform called Clockify where I track each minute spent on a specific task which I export and share with you. You’ll know exactly where each minute goes.

  • I am experienced in Adobe CC, Asana, Airtable, Canva, Calendly, ConvertKit, Deadline Funnel, Descript, Google Workspace, HelloSign, Loom, Squarespace, Showit, Streamyard, Teachable, Thrivecart, Toggle, Zapier, Zoom & more!

  • I am based in central Europe, so CET. My office is open from 9AM-3PM Monday through Friday. However, Fridays are generally reserved to work on my own business, so while I am available by email on Fridays, I generally only do client work Monday-Thursday. The business is closed on most major holidays unless we agree otherwise.
